Hello! I'm Mary, former allied health professional, and passionate advocate for holistic wellness. I have a background in Health Information and have acquired multiple health coaching certifications, including that of a Master Primal Health Coach.
Having had much success using both ketogenic and animal-based dietary approaches, I’m committed to helping others discover the power of dietary and lifestyle changes to improve their own lives. I offer 1:1 coaching, small group coaching and a twenty one day reset program.
